We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of belongings.

In shared rides, SafeYatri is not responsible for actions or behavior of co-passengers.

SafeYatri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of time, opportunity, or business.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the booking amount paid.
